US president Joe Biden is considering a black woman to replace the outgoing Supreme Court Judge Stephen Breyer. CNN sources report that Biden at the White House confirmed the nominee will be the first Black woman on the high court. “It’s long overdue, in my opinion,” the President said.
A shortlist of nominees currently sent to the White House for the presidents consideration.
